Card measurements for all 3 versions:
Card base: 8.5 in x 5.5 in, scored at 4 1/4 in
Inside layer: 5 1/4 in x 4 1/4 in
The elegant card version has a red mat layer outside, which is 5 in x 4 in.
Designer series paper: 6 in x 6 in piece cut at 3 3/4 in. You will use both pieces. To make the 2 bee cards, cut 1 in from the 3 3/4 in DSP at the bottom. This makes the 1 in strip to put across the front. To see this demonstrated, please see the Stampin' Peace with Mary Knabe video HERE. She uses a winter paper, but the technique works on ALL DSP!
